It has been said that the Greek author Homer's inspiration for his mythical writing was taken from a visit to the Canary Islands, the home of Dolores Cabrera Fernández. Dolores now produces delicious and distinctive natural wines from vines so old its mind-boggling. This Listan Blanco is 100% hand harvested, skin contact orange wine resulting in a bright, clean, tropical wine. It is soft and fresh on the nose, yet complex on the palate with notes of tropical fruit. The acidity is spot on.
