Domaine Lelièvre Méthode traditionnelle Leucquois brut
WINE TYPE: Sparkling
APPELLATION: Côtes de Toul
Roughly halfway between Champagne and Alsace is the Côtes de Toul. Grapes have been grown in this region dating back to the Romans nearly 2000 years ago. Now in its third generation, Lelièvre is run by brothers Vincent and David, who both have decades of both international and regional winemaking experience.
This is sparkling Gamay Noir, with beautiful aromatics of fresh red raspberry fruit. The palate is elegant, crisp and dry, showcasing red fruit with hints of herbal notes. Crushable and tasty, this is an incredible value for biodynamic pink fiz!
