Kamet Single Malt Whiskey
Kamet is distilled using six-row barley grown in the foothills of the Himalayas, and is aged in a combination ex-bourbon American oak, ex-wine French Oak, and Ex-Sherry Casks (Pedro Ximenez & Oloroso).
It has fruity aromatics with oak spices complimented with vanilla, caramel and a touch of raisins. There are some prominent notes of nuts and sweet dark chocolate. The palate is lively with fruit and vibrant spice and vanilla notes. The finish is long, warm, dry and balanced with a sherried sweetness.
