It’s surprising that in a wine-producing country as well known as Spain, there are still emerging regions to be discovered. One such region is Valencia, where Javi Revert and Victor Marqués of La Comarcal Viticultores offer a perfect introduction to the exciting white wines the area has to offer. 
Delmoro Blanco comes from vineyards near the village of Venta del Moro, a blend of young and old vines from the indigenous Merseguera and old-vine Chardonnay. This is a serious value wine which starts out with floral aromatics combined with apple and pear. There is stone fruit on the palate with herbal notes and bright acidity, which brings a welcomed freshness to the wine. Chardonnay adds texture, and the finish is long and salty.
