Meinklang 'Weisser Mulatschak'

Meinklang is an original family run farm set in the middle of a National Park.  The farm functions like an organism relaying on both the people but all animals that roam the free land.  The farm is diverse also producing ancient grains, fruit orchards and lots of wild herbs and flowers.  

A 5-7 day maceration on this wine gives the juice great texture and a bit of tannin. Stone fruits like peaches and apricots throughout the palate with a bit of citrus and wet stone.
