The Negro family has been producing wine from the Roero sub-region of Piedmont sine the 1600's. Roero is not as well known as Barolo or Alba, but should not be ignored.
Aromatics of rose, raspberry, strawberry and spice are followed by more red fruit on the palate with a broad mouth feel and elegant tannins.
