Clos Cibonne Rosé Cuvée Spécial des Vignettes
WINE TYPE: Rosé
VARIETAL: 90% Tibouren, 10% Grenache
APPELLATION: Côtes de Provence Cru Classé AOC
Clos Cibonne, a Cru Classé of Côtes de Provence, is an original, trailblazing property dating back to 1804. The iconic Cuvée Speciale des Vignettes stands a part from other rosés as a one-of-a-kind wine that can be aged up to a decade or more.
The uniqueness of this wine comes not only from the leading Tibouren grape, but after fermentation the wine is aged in 100-year-old wooden fourdres under a thin veil of yeast called a fluerette. The flavors of this wine are of warm spices, tinged flowers and light caramel.
