Crosby Roamann is a small family winery consumed with the idea of crafting terroir-driven modern wines with traditional values. They generally eschew the use of additives allowing the native yeast living on the fruit to form a spontaneous fermentation. The winery currently produces 2500 total cases per year, 171 of those are this Pinot Noir.
Aromatics of cherry and strawberries on the vine with a touch of cracked black pepper. The palate shows more cherry fruit, dark cocoa and a bit of cola. The tannins are soft with mild acidity.
