Mom and daughter team, Rosanna Romeo and Chiara Vigo are taking Etna's historic Fattorie Romeo del Castello to a higher level. All grapes are farmed organically, hand-harvested and fermented in tank.
This wine is elegant, approachable and fresh. Aromatics of dark blackberry fruit, sour cherries and that classic Etna smoke. The palate follows the aromatics with added clove and spice, medium tannins and great acidity.
