Domaine du Pré Semelé is managed by the third generation of brothers, Julien and Clement Raimbault.  They are mentored by their father, Remy, who has worked the vineyards for decades.  

Aromatics are all citrus, think lime and grapefruit, with an herbal backdrop. The palate is crisp and crunchy with a good amount of salinty.
