Established in 2001, and with 33 years of hands on experience, Tim Smith Wines is a Barossa Valley-based producer of wines that showcases what they feel are the best varietals to allow the region to shine. They are greatly influenced by the great producers of both the North and South Rhone Valley in France, but have a New World understanding of the techniques that they believe work best in the region.

This rosé is GULP GULP. The aromatics are fresh and clean with soft notes of cherries and pomegranate. The palate is all juicy red berry fruit with an amazing, creamy mid-palate and wonderful acidity.  Yes, a patio pounder, but with a sense of awareness that food is its best partner.
