Overlooking the marshes of Camargue, the vineyards are cooled by the breezes off the Mediterranean. The terroir of Rhône pebbles atop veins of ancient seabed chalk, gives these bubbles a unique vibrance and minerality. This sparkling is fermented with native yeasts and aged on lees.
Aromatics of peaches, apple, tons of floral and a touch of brioche. The palate is firm and dry with a super clean finish.
