From a vineyard planted over an old cricket ground purchased by Jim Barry in 1996, this Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the unique style and quality of the Connawarra. Only 1.5% of Australia's wine production comes from this appellation and it is starting to be recognized as some of the best wine in the world due to the rich and unique soils. 

The aromatics of this wine are dark berry, tobacco leaf, hints of forrest floor and spiced cream. These flavors carry to the palate with dark fruit compote and a red fruit finish with integrated spice and chewy tannins.
