 Shaunt Oungoulian and Diego Roig begin there wine production venture in Shaunt's parents' basement in Berkeley.  Times have changed but the one ting that has not is there 100% commitment to farming and producing wines 100% organically with the bare minimum intervention.  The Les Lunes wines show the classic, refined, elegant and agreable side of natural wines.

This cabernet is fresh and bright.  The aromatics showcase tons of juicy dark red fruit.  The palate shows manageable earthiness with a touch of spice.  Tannins are medium at best with a short finish.
