Scribe Estate Blend 'Petillant Naturel'

Crafted using the ancestral method, this wine is bottled before primary fermentation is finished without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugars. The wine completes the fermentation process in the bottle, capturing Co2 resulting in a lively, rustic, terrior-driven sparkling wine. 

White strawberry from Pinot Noir, chalky richness from Chardonnay, white flowers and grapefruit from Riesling, beeswax from Sylvaner.
