As the down under boys say, this is a 'spaghetti level slurper'.  This wine is created in an approachable and fun style built for the new world, but with a nod to the old world-old school Nebbiolo. Aromatically it’s a twist on the classic “tar and roses” rather, think violets and pencil shavings with a touch of cardamom. But this is far more red fruited and juicy than your average Nebbiolo. Strawberries and black olives are one with deliciously fresh acidity and medium tannins.
