Once upon a time is how this fairy tale begins.  The Ebner-Ebenauer label was born in 2007 when the husband and wife team of Marion and Manfred tied the knot in real life and in work life, however the history of winemaking in Manfred's family stretches back an incredible fourteen generations!

Grüner Veltliner is the grape that defines their house. The wine is classic Grüner on the nose with aromas of limes, lemons, green apples, white flowers and green herb. The palate is light bodied with intense herbal notes and crisp, refreshing acidity.
