A lighter style red that sits between light red and pink - which the winemaker has described as "fun in its purest form" and a "party starter." Three days of skin contact before aging five months in small, old barrels. Racked for six weeks in stainless steel before bottling.
Red current and cherry with pops of black pepper and crunchy herbs. A proper balance of juice and grip - which presents perfectly when the wine has a bit of chill to it.
