Bodega Bideona 'Tempranillo de Laderas' Vino Tinto

These grapes are destemmed and placed into an assortment of different containers. The 'alternative aging' sees the grapes fermented and rested separately in concrete, steel, neutral oak and large foudres. After 2-3 years, the wine is mixed together and coarsely strained for bottling - with minimal sulfur added.
Medium-bodied with a nice weight on the tongue. A pleasant balance of acid, fruit concentration and tannin. Cherries and thyme.
