Furmint from North Hungary, Hungary; light to medium bodied and dry, mineral driven with orange wildflowers, subtle layers of flan and custard, honey, and biscuits, with hints of cleansing lemon citrus and a long fresh acid driven finish. Drinks a bit like a Chenin and has all of these sweet notes but is dry as dry can be. Really special!
