Craven Wines Chenin Blanc 'Karibib Vineyard'

Husband and wife team; Mick and Jeanine Craven have been making wine together in Stellenbosch since 2011.They have a very low intervention approach  and work with local growers for their fruit. They also work with grapes not as commonly produced in Stellenbosch... Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Cinsault. They both studied winemaking at university and actually met working a harvest in Sonoma! 

Aromatics of stone fruit, melted wax and dandelion followed by a balanced palate with a hint of salinity and a waxy texture towards the finish.
