A fantastic representation of Sancerre's limestone - but with a bit of extra flair. This wine is done in an even split of aging 50% in barrels and 50% in concrete amphorae. The resulting product has more substantial texture and a longer finish than most Sauvignon Blanc in the area.
Fruity, fresh and dusted with the perfect touch of minerality. Tight acidity and tropical fruits. Exactly what you want with your first summer aperitivo.
