Macerated for 30 days and fermented in a combination of stainless steel, cement and open-top wooden vats. Also aged in a combination of barrels and steel vats. The wine is lively and fresh, with smooth tannins. Wild flowers and crushed berries are distinct on both the nose and palate. Fantastic wine to enjoy with many different meals!
