The Colonnara estate weas founded in 1959 by a cooperative of 19 farmers at a time when there were very few wineries in the region. It is now regarded as one of the best cooperatives in Italy. Aromatics of dark plums and dried herbs. The palate is fresh, with soft acidity but just enough tannins crating harmony and balance.
