Chardonnay makes up one half of this blend, which is brightened up with a combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo. Oak aging helps develop a creamy, rich mouthfeel - while the wine maintains bright pops of smokey acidity. Absolutely phenomenal with grilled white meat or spicy Szechuan food.
