The vines growing the grapes for this wine are 70-years-old and face the Bay of Biscay along the norther coast of Spain. Select parcels of grapes -from the very best plots - are vinified in stainless steel and sit on the lees for six years before being hand-disgorged and bottled.
Resulting wine is bright and honey-kissed. Elegant and aromatic - with a soft, persistent bubble.
