Destemmed and macerated grapes are gently pressed and co-fermented with native yeasts in glass-lined cement tanks. The wine is then aged in steel. This field blend wine has sine oomph to it, with a very fresh personality and honeyed characteristic. Great wine to break out with the first round of snacks before dinner.
