Trizanne Signature Wines TSW 'Makeba' Pinot Noir Brut

Sustainably grown on the southern slope of the Klein River mountain-range, overlooking the historic village of Stanford, South Africa. Grapes are whole-bunch pressed for a gentle extraction and tanked for nine months on the lees. Following that, the wine is bottled for a second fermentation and left on the secondary lees for another four years. Finally, it is left fined and unfiltered - with minimal added sulfer.
A vibrant palate, with exciting texture and lingering, creamy notes. Subtle strawberry with wafts of pomegranate. An absolute treat.
