Pasaeli '6N' Karasakiz

This wine is made from a grape varietal native to Turkey, called the Karazakis. It has been likened to Grenache or old-world Zinfandel. Vines are 30-35 years old and sit at 500 meters above sea level. Fermented in indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks before aging in a combination of old French and American oak. 

Lighter bodied and rustic. Beautiful with a slight chill, but also great at temp. Cranberry and dried fig with an undercurrent of minerality.
