Verdejo is the main white varietal of the Rueda region, and you can think of Verdejo as a fuller-bodied and more aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. This wine comes from a gorgeous vineyard at the conflux of the Adaja and Eresma rivers - which exists in its own microclimate perfect for the growth of these thick-skinned grapes.
