Laberinto 'Cenizas' Pinot Noir

A fresh pinot that radiates full energy! The vines date back to the mid-1990s and run look out to Lake Colbun. 1,800ft elevation with long, cool evenings. The soil here is dominated by volcanic ash and granite. Grapes go through a three-day cold maceration. Aged 12 months in used French barrels. 

The wine has a wonderful acidity and a balancing touch of sweetness. Juicy and easy. Reach for this when you need a fish-friendly red!
