In 2012 Francis & Annick Jourdan left thier home in Normandy as cereal farmers and grain brokers for life in Chinon as wine makers. When they had the opportunity to buy into Philippe Pichard's domaine as partners, they jumped at it. The domaine received biodynamic certification soon after the Jourdans came on board and they continue to embrace the philosophy of making wine as naturally as possible.
