Located in the Nantes region in Western Loire, Domaine Pepiere has been called the master of Melon de Bourgogne, or Muscadet since 1985.  This wine is terroir driven showcasing the balance of texture and depth with racy, minerality.  Citrus fruit flavors dominate the noise and the palate with faint hints of oyster shells and wet rocks.  Raw bar screams for this marriage.
