Freedom Hill is located in the foothills of the Coast Range 10 miles southwest of Salem. The Pinot Blanc was planted in 1993 and 2008.
Aromatics of fresh pear, white peach and ginger with a whiff of rose petals. The palate is fresh up front but over time it broadens and becomes much denser with a mix of sweet citrus, peaches and a touch of salinity. This is the type of wine that you can start with and continue throughout the entire meal.
