Domaine Louis Boillot & Fils Cote de Nuits-Villages

This village wine is made up from 12 different vines all averaging around 80 years old. Between the quality of fruit, the different soils from which the vines are grown across the village - clay, limestone and gravel, result in a rich and deep spicier, black fruit driven wine with notes of balsamic, and aromatics of autumn fruit and wood smoke. The palate is round with velvety tannins.
