Winemaker Anthony Girard grew up in his family's Sancerre winery, but spent a number of years learning about wine production all over the world before returning home to continue working with Sauvignon Blanc.  This wine shows aromatics of citrus, minerality and wet stone.  The body is textured, with zippy acid and a juicy finish that will leave you wanting more and more.
