We are starting to see a lot more white pinot noir as a result of climate shifts. This is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes that are hand-picked and whole cluster pressed showing aromatics of bruised red fruits with a side of oak and super ripe pear. The palate is dry yet surprisingly crisp.
