What separates this wine is how it was made; starting fermentation in small stainless steel tanks, going through maloactic fermentation in amphorae then it spends 15 months in new 300L barrels and finishes 1 year in amphorae.
Aromatics of dark fruit, blueberry and plum with a hint of mineral, licorice, sandal and cider wood, spice box and toffee. The flavors that follow are dark fruit with a mix of mineral, paired with good acidity, elegant soft tannins and a long finish.
