Nosis means knowledge.  This wine comes from 35  year old vines producing an elegant, rich, complex food wine.  Th enose shows tropical fruit, candied lemons, green olives and a touch of white flowers.  The palate is crisp yet complex with some good grip showcasing incredibly ripe citrus fruit.
